Project Description
A Section 24G Application is being undertaken for the rectification process regarding the commencement of unauthorised activities in terms of the EIA Regulations, 2014 as amended. The activities are located on Erven 26-29 and 713-714 of East Kleinemonde (Seafield), Ndlambe Local Municipality, Eastern Cape. The activities include the construction of a boundary wall, road and storm water outlet as well as expansions to dwellings.
