Sustainable Heating 8 (Pty) Ltd will be applying for a Waste Management Licence in terms of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act (Act 59 of 2008) and an Atmospheric Emissions Licence (AEL) in terms of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act (Act No. 39 of 2004).
