Weir Heavy Bay Foundry will be applying for an Environmental Authorisation in terms of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations, 2014 as amended, and will also apply for an amendment to the Atmospheric Emissions Licence (AEL) for proposed expansion activities.
